Shipping & Billing
How long does it take to receive my order?
We typically ship orders within 7-10 Business Days. In the event of a sale, shipping times may be delayed. We ship from multiple warehouses in Texas and North Carolina.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped. You'll receive a link to track your order.
How does the apparel fit?
You can view the sizing chart here.
How can I contact you?

Do you offer refunds?
Absolutely. If you don't love your item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 30 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most of the credit cards available including Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
My credit card keeps getting denied. What's up?
If you're experiencing issues with entering your credit card, double-check that all of the information is exactly as it appears on your statement. If everything is correct, your card type could be an issue (some debit and gift cards are not accepted by our payment processor), or it could be a restriction on cross border purchases. You'll want to contact your credit card provider for further assistance.
Is your website secure?
SkinsTree uses the Shopify and Stripe payment processor network to ensure the latest in security technology is keeping your information safe. Your confidential information in encrypted while in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Can I return or exchange my order?
All products provided by SkinsTree are printed and produced on demand, in North America. All designs are created by artists worldwide and we pay each artist a royalty from every sale. Any unused, unopened product can be returned for exchange within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked.
